This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract among "you" (the seller of goods), InstantHub, and third-party buyers ("buyer"), facilitating services such as purchasing, recycling, and donating used consumer products ("buyer services"). InstantHub serves as a platform enabling sellers to transact goods with third parties while adhering to platform policies. Transactions occur solely between sellers and third parties; InstantHub does not partake in such transactions unless explicitly stated. Consequently, InstantHub assumes no liability for disputes arising from these transactions. The terms "we," "our," and "us" refer collectively to InstantHub and its third-party buyers.

Seller Responsibilities

  1. You affirm legal ownership of the gadget you intend to sell. Initial quotes provided are subject to evaluation, and no binding offers are made until gadget inspection is completed. InstantHub reserves the right to reject any offer based on its discretion.
  2. Upon agreement to pay the quoted amount post-inspection, you are contractually bound to sell the gadget at the agreed price.
  3. If the gadget's model, condition, or components differ from initial disclosures, InstantHub may revise the quote accordingly.
  4. The following documents must accompany all gadgets sold:
    • Self-attested government-issued ID proof of the owner.
    • Self-attested indemnity bond (if required).
  5. Only lawful sales are permitted. You must own the legal title and ensure the gadget is free from restrictions or violations of applicable laws.
  6. Data must be erased from gadgets before sale. InstantHub and third-party buyers are not liable for any residual data.
  7. Sold devices cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  8. Products distributed via government or NGO programs are not accepted.
  9. Terms may be modified without prior notice. Continued use signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
  10. Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be canceled at InstantHub's discretion.

Terms of Use for Repair of Product

InstantHub provides a platform connecting users with third-party repair technicians for gadget repairs. InstantHub itself does not offer repair services but facilitates scheduling and payments. Users must assess the suitability of technicians independently, and InstantHub is not responsible for any disputes or liabilities arising from repair services.

Payment for Services

Payments for services are facilitated by InstantHub on behalf of third-party professionals. Charges are non-refundable unless determined otherwise by InstantHub. Promotions and discounts may vary, and users are responsible for charges incurred.

Repair Clauses for iOS users

Repairs for iOS devices include genuine parts with a one-year warranty. Users are advised to back up data beforehand. Prices are finalized post-diagnosis. InstantHub is not liable for data loss or warranty issues arising from third-party interventions.

General

InstantHub provides services on an "as is" basis without warranties. Users should verify service suitability independently. Disputes are governed by applicable laws and under the jurisdiction of courts in InstantHub's operational region.
